    Key accountabilities

    Strategy development and execution

  • Supporting the GM and management team in:developing and executing the strategic priorities for the organization,emphasizing the development, management and tracking of all related objectives and metrics for the strategic planconsistently embedding strategic priorities in messages going to both business and operational lines
  • Managing key deliverables to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders e.g., priority planning of timelines, and coordinating and planning delivery
  • Collaborating effectively with the GM and management team to manage the process of building internal capital from an operations perspective
  • Stakeholder management and change management

  • Developing and providing support for GM and management team's executive messaging to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders
  • Developing executive presentations, orchestrating the input of all content from business and operational lines' activities, and developing the subsequent action plan for delivery
  • Collaborating with GM and management team to integrate x-functional efforts and act as a liaison on day-to-day activities to establish on-time and targeted activities
  • Knowledge, tool and process management

  • Managing the knowledge sources for the organization as the primary knowledge manager, including all efforts for access and sharing
  • Managing the development of required tools and processes in support of knowledge management activities

  • Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years' related work experience
  • Managing the identification and addressing of client needs along the project management lifecycle, including building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement
  • Communicating value propositions
  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection
  • Preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
