- You drive forward the evolution of AXA GO's server virtualization platform, gradually evolving to the private cloud concept.
- BAU activities in the technology domain - such as VM resource expansion reduction (CPU, mem, disk), backup checks and VM recovery, SRM checks & maintenance.
- You provide level 2 and 3 support for virtualization related incidents & problems.
- You actively participate in projects (e.g. Datacenter urbanization, Platform evolution, Core IT decommissioning, security remediation & related parameter adaptation rollouts.
- You organize knowledge transfer to colleagues providing Level 1 support.
- You provide consultancy & feedback towards AXA GO markets and Service Management teams.
- You are on standby (24/7) one week a month and can participate to Early Morning Operations (EMO) or planned changes out of business hours.
- You participate to DRP tests campaigns.
- You actively participate in audits remediations and security projects.
- You provide and share documentations.
- You provide capacity management reporting and visibility on action.

- Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
- Scripting skills and automation : PowerShell, Python.
- Basics of Windows and Linux.
- Proven experience in IT production environment (incident, 24H/7 on duty, early morning organization), with DRP architecture.
- A good experience on VMWare migration & upgrade.
- Audit and security skills.
- Strong general knowledge in IT and datacenter infrastructure architectures.
- Hyper convergent solution skills is appreciated Nutanix PRISM, Netapp HCI.
