    Job Summary

  • You will be working directly with various stakeholders including customer care service department, supply chain, regulatory affair, healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses and pharmacists on daily basis, ensuring patients access to medication.
  • General Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance to SOPs and Working Instructions.
  • Periodic reporting to client on the progress of the PS program
  • Responsible for processing PSP enrollment, providing follow-up activities and gather data of patient's activities in consuming relevant PSP drugs, taking orders, coordinating with all related parties, and providing services based on requirements that agreed among company, clients and customers.
  • Support a superior in summarizing reports, discussing with clients or customers with good accuracy, quality and commitment.
  • Deliver high quality of service based on agreements with clients and customers
  • Handle uncontrollable situations of relevant stake holders e.g. patients, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospital officers as well as clients
  • Work under pressure, multiple task force and coordinate with related parties to meet client/customer requirements
  • Business metrics - Financial data/KPI, Client/customer or stake holder's satisfactions, Order Entry Accuracy
  • Pharmacovigilance (PV) - Responsible for collecting Adverse event, Product Quality Complaints and Medical Enquiry under the Patient Solution Program and handle it as per requirement sent by DKSH SOP or client's agreement whichever that is stricter.
  • Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Efficient communication with patients at all levels, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in documentation and reporting
  • Patience and positive thinking.
  • Education

  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing or Degree in MBBS
  • Work Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience, or fresh graduates in Nursing or Medicine program encouraged to apply.
  • Good command in reading and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be advantage (to communicate with patients who unable to speak in English)
  • Possess own transport within city; willing to travel outstation (transport allowance will be provided, 10% of working time)
