- Performing Installation
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Providing support to clients in person and remotely.
- Researching and identifying solutions to system issues.
- Configuring operating systems
- Communicating with clients through various channels to resolve their technical issues.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- SPM/Diploma/academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Must be able to travel outstation and overseas.
