• Performing Installation
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Providing support to clients in person and remotely.
• Researching and identifying solutions to system issues.
• Configuring operating systems
• Communicating with clients through various channels to resolve their technical issues.
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  
  

• SPM/Diploma/academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Must be able to travel outstation and overseas.
