Description

• Set up and lead the local team in managing full spectrum of finance related activities
• Hands-on day to day operations, FP&A, and strategy planning
• Work with key stakeholders in managing cash flows, forecasts, budgets and board reporting
• Provide regular financial reports with high level of accuracy and insightful analysis relating to key business decisions
• Review and suggest improvements on financial risks and control processes
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting by accounting team, translating to timely financial reports on financial performance
• Growing the team
• Any other finance related tasks as required, including also procurement, tax and treasury matters

Profile

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/ICAEW etc)
• Min 10 years of relevant work experience in a leadership position
• Strong full fledge accounting spectrum in reporting, operations and strategy
• Resourceful, adaptable, well organised and meticulous with an eye for details
• Independent and able to work under tight deadline's in a fast paced environment
