- To collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
- To work with the team to develops, implements and maintains all operational policies and procedures. Responsible for integrity and accuracy of policy and procedure records. Drives improvements in policies and procedures using lean techniques to solve daily operational issues in the distribution facility and corporate processes.
- To learn and work on strategy planning, order creation and delivery per demand order.
- To assist planning in daily activities to ensure smooth operation execution.
- Candidate with knowledge in Microsoft Office application especially in Microsoft Visio.
- Good knowledge in process flow mapping & expression into visualize solution.
- Problem solving mindset with strong teamwork.
