    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and GL key-in respectively.
    • Reconciliation on AR & AP Ageing, inter-company transactions & online sales transactions take in and posting.
    • Assist in bank reconciliation, credit control related, and liaise with Customer Service & Sales team to release credit control bar.
    • Handle deposit listings and ensure daily sales collections are reconciled and entered correctly in the system. Sales commission and sales analysis to be prepared.
    • Hands-on working experience in handling AP payments and online banking related. Knowledge in handling Trade Finance facilities is an advantage.
    • Candidate should have a good sense of responsibility, be detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, and able to work under a tight deadline.
    • Able to assist and liaise with internal staff, customers, bank, auditors & tax agents to complete work tasks.
    • Adhoc work tasks assigned by immediate superior and HOD.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least LCCI certificates /Diploma /Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Being able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office -financial spreadsheet and ERP Accounting software.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and good communication skills.
    • Immediately available and/or short notice period is an added advantage
