    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Attendance Management

    • Check daily attendance, including overtime and leave, and maintain accurate records.

    Payroll Data Management

    • Import attendance data to SQL payroll system for processing.

    Healthcare Coordination

    • Schedule and accompany foreign workers for medical check-ups, including doctor visits and FOMEMA screenings.

    Procurement

    • Purchase necessary hardware and supplies as required by the company.

    Immigration Compliance

    • Maintain records of foreign worker passports and levy expiration dates, ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Inventory Management

    • Regularly check and maintain inventory levels of hardware, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, gloves, etc.

    Lorry Trip Monitoring

    • Monitor and record lorry trips for accurate salary records and operational planning.

    Job Requirements

    • Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
    • Able to do Admin task
