This role to manage the running and administration of Structured Product-i (SP-i). This includes but is not limited to maintaining existing SP-i products on shelf but also work to expand for new SP-i by working closely with other stakeholders including HLBB distribution teams to increase the desired outcomes and profitability. This position reports to the Manager- Wealth Management.
Job Responsibilities:
·Responsible to develop, deliver, manage and drive the administration and the performance of the SP-i and its related services by working closely through active engagement with the Bank's distribution team network and other SLA partners in ensuring desired outcomes and profitability are met and SP-i is well managed in according to the Bank's and regulatory policies, as the case may be.
·To champion the customer segmentation-based offerings in recommending the SP-i primarily to the Malay Muslims/Bumiputra customers and its High-Net-Worth (HNW) segments.
·Plan, grow, drive and manage the penetration strategies of the SP-i alongside the Conventional business unit with specific focus to attain via driving efforts to increase distribution and trading turnover.
·Drive the administration of SP-i documentations which may also include reviewing related investment notices and advice from time to time and its SP-i trading operation, in accordance with the Shariah mandate.
·Multi-tasking, dynamic and positive attitude in delivering the desired outcomes and implementing improvements.
·Detail-oriented and thorough in assessing problems with ability to come up with recommendations.
·Lead and shape sustainable business and key business driver's management to achieve the top line revenue, distribution and trading turnover.
Job Requirements:
· Malaysian citizen.
· Possess a Degree in finance, accounting, banking, business administration or other related specialization.
· Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in the financial industry or related field.
· Prior exposure in product investment experience in financial derivatives or
equivalent and knowledgeable in Islamic Finance are not a-must but are a-plus.
·Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
