- Execution of private fundraising, IPO and follow-on offering in Singapore/Hong Kong/US stock exchanges
- Develop and manage working level client relationships in Southeast Asia
- Produce analysis on key capital market and M&A trends in Southeast Asia and identify potential business/deal opportunities
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred
- Solid understanding of capital markets, with experiences in M&A and IPO or ECM transactions in Singapore/Hong Kong/US stock exchanges
- Passion for business development and aptitude for sourcing new business
- Bachelor's degree or above from universities
- 5 years or more investment banking experience or corporate background in TMT/Tech sector
