    Posim Group is a member of The Lion Group of Companies with diversified business interests in steel manufacturing, retails & trading and property development. Our manufacturing plant is located in Shah Alam, Malaysia and it is certified under ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

    We offers premium Motorcycle Oils and Motor Oils under HI-REV brand. The company also specializes in a full line of lubrication solutions for Industrial and Commercial user-sectors. HI-REV lubricants are widely distributed through our network of 4,800 automotive and motorcycle service workshops.

    The Role

    You Will Be Responsible For

    • Responsible and accountable for achieving personal sales target.
    • Responsible for developing new accounts. (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Battery, Car Accessories etc) in assigned territory.
    • To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
    • Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
    • Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.

    Ideal Profile

    • Minimum SPM qualification.
    • You have at least 1 year experience within Retail Sales role, ideally within the Automotive, or Oil & Gas industry.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
    • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
