    We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The Corporate Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    2. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
    3. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
    4. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
    5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance.
    6. Financial Reporting:
    7. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
    8. Coordinate with accounting team to ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
    9. Prepare management reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
    10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    11. Capital Management:
    12. Manage capital structure and optimize capital allocation to maximize shareholder value.
    13. Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects.
    14. Analyze financing options and recommend strategies for debt and equity financing.
    15. Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investment partners.
    16. Risk Management:
    17. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    18. Implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
    19. Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    20. Assess insurance needs and coordinate risk management activities.
    21. Strategic Planning:
    22. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
    23. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
    24. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    25. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of corporate strategies.
    26. Team Leadership and Development:
    27. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
    28. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    29. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
    30. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote professional growth.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
    • 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial modeling, valuation, and capital budgeting.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
