Position:
Customer Service Engineer


Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM


Working Location:
WFH + travels around Penang (remote work)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal upon performance)


Job Description:
Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.

Pay ferquent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.

Handle machine maintainance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.

Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.


Requirement and Experience:
1+ years of experiences in similar technical services job (Inspection supplier/printing machinery).

Min in Diploma degree or above (mechanical, IT/automation, electrical).

Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.

Knows how to use AutoCAD basically.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, listening, writting).
