- Perform workforce analysis utilizing available data such as:
- Collaborate and partner with corporate HR functions/HRS/SMEs in regard to compensation, performance management, talent review and talent development programs for the designated departments including follow on actions as needed.
- Liaise with legal counsel for any labor related matters and attend to labor issues at Labor office/ IR Office.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as HRBP/HR Generalist, proven experience in manufacturing environment, and ER/IR. Candidate with less years of experience may / shall be also considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any related field.

Job Overview:
HRBP role to designated department/business unit. Support in developing and implement HR Strategies that aligns to the organization's business goals. Enforce HR Policies throughout the organization for discipline and control.
Collaborating and partnering with business leaders and managers to understand their department's objectives and align HR strategies to support overall business goals.
Develop and refine workforce plans based on staffing needs of the partnered departments. Identifying talent needs and perform the implementation of various processes such as recruitment, and ensuring the organization has the right workforce to meet its current and future demands.
Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensuring HR policies and practices align with employment laws and company standards.
Implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
Leading or participating in HR-related projects and programs to enhance HR processes and overall organizational performance.
Survey results, workforce demographic data, retention statistics etc to identify issues and trends in business and align with peers and SMEs to implement best practices and solutions to identified issues.
