    Job Responsibility

    Job Description

    • Handling documents such as import, export, sales contract and others needed.
    • Responsible and solving problems regarding transportation, imports and exports and customer issues.
    • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operational daily work.
    • Dealing with customer and supplier. (oversea & local)
    • Ensure that all data entry and submission paperwork is complete and accurate
    • Liaising with government departments and declarant agents for customs clearance purpose for any permit and / or license required by import and export (if needed).
    • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.

    Skills

    • Mircosoft Excel,Word,Power Point and Gmail

    Job Requirements

    • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
    • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Positive attitude and responsible character.
    • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
    • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
