    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Advisory and Strategic Planning:


    • Act as a strategic partner to the Technology leadership team, providing financial advice and recommendations to achieve business goals.


    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute financial perspectives.

    2. Business Decision Support:


    • Work closely with technology leaders to understand their business objectives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.


    • Evaluate technology projects and initiatives, assessing their financial viability and impact on the overall business strategy.

    3. Performance Management:


    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance.


    • Assist, develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.


    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology investments.


    • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance overall financial performance.

    4. Cost Management:


    • Drive cost-effective strategies within the Technology department to ensure efficient resource allocation.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization in alignment with strategic goals.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    • Collaborate with other business partners and departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company objectives.


    • Provide financial support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, Business or a related field.


    • year of experience preferred. Minimum 5 years in business partnering or related field.


    • Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.


    • Strong business case development, financial evaluations/modeling and analytical skills.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


    • Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts and trends.


    • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
