    Description
    Job Scope:

    • Negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies for F&B outlets.
    • Performs PO issuing, sourcing of quotation, negotiation on prices, credit terms, discounts and delivery arrangement, etc.
    • Builds good rapport with vendors/suppliers to foster better ties for materials delivery and costing support.
    • Receive stocks and inventory control.
    • Maintain all records needed for accounting.
    • Liaison with the other relevant departments including cost control to maintain cost effective purchase.
    • Monitor that all products are being properly stored and rotated using the FIFO method.
    • Record all transfers and costs of sales adjustments
    • Responsible for performing any additional duties as requested by the Management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in any field.
    • At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Able to work under pressure.
    • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up.
    • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)
    • Experience in F&B and costing and control wastage will be an added advantage.
    • Candidates are required to have driving license and posses own transport.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
