Role Purpose:

Support the Technical department in relation to the APD Product servicing, breakdowns and coordinating with Business & Clinical Dept in swap out process and prepare an equipment for new patients. Support other service engineer for other HD equipment

Accountabilities:

Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service for related equipment.

To provide technical support to the on-call standby clinical resources nurses for APD equipment

Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer orders/requirements.

Maintain all equipment to minimize down time / ensure all services are carried out on time.

To manage spare part stocks in hand, returned stock and faulty stock.

Educate internal and external staff on the operation of Fresenius APD machines.

Create proper and accurate service reports in TechServe and manual (in certain cases).

Record and update technical database on breakdown performed.

Conduct periodical preventive maintenance as per targeted dates.

Support other service engineer on maintain other Fresenius equipment such as HD and acute machines

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in servicing Dialysis Machines & equipment

Always display a professional image to the customers. Maintain the company image to a consistently high standard.

Able to work independently but also be able to work in team.

Willing to work long and odd hours.

Possess own transport and prepared to travel outstation at short notice as and when required.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fresh graduate with good interpersonal skill and willing to learn will be consider
