- Ensure NPI forecast available 6 months before launch.
- Communicate the status of projects via S&OP.
- Promote and drive continuous improvement processes within the organization.
- Develop innovative solutions to work with one set of numbers.
- Improve forecast accuracy.
- Analyse demand basis the historical IMS & TMS data and develop consensus-based demand forecast at an SKU level on a monthly basis. Forecast to be developed considering trending/statistical techniques, inputs from sales and marketing teams and alignment with long term financial plans
- Identify gaps between forecasts and actual sales. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure inconsistencies in the forecast are corrected in future to prevent any negative impact on customer replenishment or inventory
- Reflect forecast in APO system and communicate to Area Demand as well as internal stakeholders.
- Drive the affiliate monthly S&OP meeting. Support finance in RLBE build-up.

Primary Job Function
The overall objective of the role is to ensure the accurate Demand Forecast monthly.
The incumbent shall be responsible for leading ANI Division's demand processes including but not limited to below:
Core Job Responsibilities
Establish databases and procedures for data assimilation and reporting. Develop contingency plans in advance to facilitate immediate action in response to demand changes that negatively impact inventory on hand for assigned area. Develop transition strategy and forecasts during product transitions including product launches, end of life, conversions and transfers. Lead communications to business unit cross functional management issues related to product sales forecasts and product availability for assigned area. Monitor monthly performance of sales and forecasts to identify and communicate trends that indicate gaps. May lead, direct, evaluate, and develop demand planning staff to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met. In collaboration with Area's drive improvement in forecast accuracy and demand process. Lead ANI Demand Review Process, perform sales analysis and understanding key trends.
