    *Near Surian MRT Station
    5 working days (1 off day on weekend, 1 off day on weekday)
    Office Hours: 8:30a.m. to 6:30p.m.


    1 hr break*Key Activities:

    • To provide excellent customer service to customers who walk in and through whatsapp
    • To ensure customer database is kept up to date;
    • To lead customer orders, delivery/shipping and after sales services.
    • To prepare, compile, review documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, quotations, receipts, reports etc; To carry out daily management, quality and inventory processes; To manage and to ensure accuracy of stock quantity & inventory reports; To understand and to execute the operational daily flow.
    • To ensure SOP and GDP for health products requirements are met.
    • To develop and update training materials and guidelines Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

    • SPM and above.
    Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
    • Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office-Prefer to work in quiet environment.

    • Self organised, action oriented, result driven and customer centric.
    • Able to work independently with pleasant personality, self motivated, trustworthy and hardworking.
