- To provide excellent customer service to customers who walk in and through whatsapp
- To ensure customer database is kept up to date;
- To lead customer orders, delivery/shipping and after sales services.
- To prepare, compile, review documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, quotations, receipts, reports etc; To carry out daily management, quality and inventory processes; To manage and to ensure accuracy of stock quantity & inventory reports; To understand and to execute the operational daily flow.
- To ensure SOP and GDP for health products requirements are met.
- To develop and update training materials and guidelines Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
- SPM and above.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-Prefer to work in quiet environment.
- Meticulous and organized You know how important all the details are.
- Self organised, action oriented, result driven and customer centric.
- Able to work independently with pleasant personality, self motivated, trustworthy and hardworking.
