    The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of ETB customers with revenue of RM 9k and below
  • Work closely with Branch Managers/ Area Managers to build relationship
  • Engage customers to obtain information required for ad-hoc investigations triggered from transaction review/ correspondent bank queries, etc
  • Build relationship, identify and grow revenue and deposits via cross selling
  • Responsible for conducting periodic reviews of KYC/AML/Sanction- related matters
  • Service related matters like FD withdrawal/renewal/new placement pertaining to existing portfolio
  • Assist Relationship Managers with AS/AP updates, screening request liaison with CFS for OGRs, etc
  • Provide other administrative support to Relationship Managers
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team work/spirit.
  • Good sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, time management and organizational skills.
