- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions (badminton and nutrition) for children and capacity building workshops for community volunteers and households (community kitchen, home garden).
- Programme planning, monitoring and reporting processes of all programme activities with OGM team members under the support and coaching of OGM Team Leader.
- Establish, build and/or strengthen relationships with local partners in the communities to promote participation and ownership.
- Capturing of field stories and content on programme impact.
- Possession of at least a Degree preferably related to sports or nutrition or its equivalent.
- At least one year's previous relevant experience such as coaching and community facilitation.
- Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Good interpersonal skills with different stakeholders.
- Sensitive to the different cultures where we work in.
- Able to work on weekends (especially Saturdays).
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (oral and written).
- Able to drive and have a valid driving license.
- Knowledge of and able to play basic badminton game.
- Physically fit to perform sports activities.
