Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Banking or financial services experience.10+ years of experience with Windows 10 and SCCM/MECM -InTune, AutoPilot and Cloud management experience at enterprise level.Directly responsible for the design, implementation, and engineering support of end user Windows desktop solutionsWindows 10/Windows 11 - Updates/Upgrade via Cloud managementDeep experience with managing WindowsOS endpoints via MEMDeploying, configuring, and maintaining SCCM Pro in a cloud and/or on-premises environmentDeploying and configuring WindowsOS / Expert level – L3 / L4Proven experience in systems design and developmentExcellent ITSM Knowledge of Incident, Critical Incident and Change Management Process.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Good Stakeholder Management Skills Good team player and able to work with team member across different regionsExperience Required
