- Supports manufacturing group by efficient sustaining of area processes.
- Support production goals by assisting in process and tool qualification.
- Provides process monitoring support for respective functional area.
- In addition it is required to support processing of wafers. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training
- Understanding of how own work team integrates within the corresponding function.
- Ability to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed.
- Training new engineers, interns and more junior technician in functional area
