    Job Responsibilities:

    • Decompose the KPI indicators related to equipment, processes, and quality within the responsible area and drive the implementation.
    • Implement and oversee production SOP, driving continuous improvements to ensure the quality of manufactured products.
    • Organize and oversee the resolution of all equipment faults, including the formulation and implementation of PM plans, addressing equipment-related issues, and maintaining normal production order.
    • Take charge of formulating and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
    • Organize and oversee the validation of new processes and materials within the responsible area.
    • Assume responsibility for approving material consumption standards.
    • Collaborate with the equipment department to select new equipment, draft technical agreements, oversee equipment acceptance, and manage equipment-related activities as assigned.
    • Lead the development of various operational standards and guidelines within the responsible area.
    • Conduct training, assessments and proficiency exams for operational staff.
    • Organize and drive TQM team activities, including the release of TQM achievements.
    • Provide valuable recommendations for work assignments and contribute to decisions related to personnel management within responsibility.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree and above in Engineering.
    • Strong in English, proficiency in MS office.
    • Familiar with FMEA, APQP, DOE.
    • Understand SPC and possess the ability to perform relevant analyses.
    • Master quality management knowledge and common analysis tools, including SPC, 8D, DOE, QC.
    • Familiar with MSA system.
    • Be well-versed in WLP processes, including process requirements, quality criteria, and BOM in use.
    • Possess experience in operating and maintaining relevant equipment.
    • Understand electrostatic discharge precautions and requirements.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

    Remuneration:

    Up to MYR 16,000 + Phone Allowance + Meal Allowance + Toll Allowance + Company Vehicle Interest Subsidy + Contractual Bonus + Annual Incentive Program
