    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Course Counselor/Marketing Executive (Student Recruitment) to join our team. The Course Counselor will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing them with accurate information about our courses and programs, and offering personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions about their educational journey.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Student Guidance: Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding our courses, programs, and educational opportunities. Assist students in understanding curriculum requirements, career pathways, and academic expectations.
    2. Enrollment Support: Support students through the enrollment process, including assisting with application completion, submission of required documents, and registration for courses.
    3. Individualized Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic goals, interests, and career aspirations. Offer personalized advice and recommendations tailored to each student's needs.
    4. Information Dissemination: Disseminate accurate information about course offerings, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and other relevant policies and procedures to prospective students and their families.
    5. Promotion and Recruitment: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting courses and attracting prospective students. Represent the institution at recruitment events, public exhibitions and information sessions to showcase our offerings and engage with potential students.
    6. Follow-Up and Support: Follow up with prospective students to address any questions or concerns they may have, and provide ongoing support throughout the decision-making process.
