Pre-Sales & Barista Support
Helping Sales Team Recruit & Support New Customer Acquisition
Previous experience working as a bartender/barista of at least 3 years will be an added advantage
Prepare Proposal / Presentation
Competition information collection
Create new recipes & costing management
Handle Customer Service & Complaint
Attend Roadshow, Trade Show and Event
Pro-Efficient in Social Media (i.e. Facebook Live, Instagram, TikTok)
#Requirements:
Knowledge and/or certificates for Barista/Bar Tender will be an added advantage. i.e. SCA certified
Good working attitude with a willingness to learn and work to the standards set by the management team
Speed, accuracy and attention to detail in executing assigned tasks
Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
A polite, engaging personality
Exceptional listening and communication skills
A team player with experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
Good time management skills
Active listening
Customer centric with fluent command of the Chinese Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
Availability to work under pressure and independently
Good physical condition
