    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm only
    • Answering phones & calls
    • Perform all general administrative (day-to-day documentation such as data entry, scanning, filing system).
    • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth running operations.
    • Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matters
    • Handling payroll, staffâs attendance and administration tasks that being assigned by superior or Management from time to time
    • Handle accounts and other relevant ad-hoc task assignments.
    • Reviewing and reconciling accounts & financial statements.
    • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
    • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.
    • Update internal accounting database and spreadsheets.
    • Maintain proper accounting record and filling of all financial files, records and relevant documents.
    • Able to liaising with local authorities & external stakeholders e.g auditors, tax agent. company secretary etc.
    • Maintain client records, filing systems and updated client database.

    Job Requirements

    Experience: 1-2 years

    Personality: sense of ownership and responsibility, being proactive, details-oriented, logical thinking and effective planning, multitasking, being a team player and honest, good communication skills.

    Language: English (basic oral and written) and Bahasa Malaysia (basic oral), Mandarin (oral and written) will add advantages.

    IT Literacy: familiar with Microsoft office Excel and Word

    Immediate starter with short notice is desirable.
