Job Description

Roles / Responsibilities

Conduct research to understand customer needs, technological advancements relevant to wash process. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement or innovation.

Generate ideas for improvements plan, establish detailed design specification, plan for development to meet customer requirement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on prototype testing and feedback, to ensure that process designs are feasible for manufacturing. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in design and processes. Explore cost-effective design alternatives without compromising product quality.

Identify, troubleshoot issues in the design and development process. Collaborate with other engineers, team members to address technical challenges.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources effectively.

Maintain detailed documentation of the design and development process. Ensure that process comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering

PREFERRED:

3-4 years working experience

Both Internal or External

SKILLS

In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and concepts relevant to the specific field (, Chemistry, mechanical, materials).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.

Knowledge of testing methodologies and data analysis.

Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

Flexibility in adjusting to new technologies and methodologies.
