Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Engineer at AddOn Systems Malaysia, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Information Technology Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and managing networking tasks. The engineer will also work closely with the team to implement and maintain IT systems and contribute to technology-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools
• Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site and online
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
• Knowledge of firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions
• Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers
• Knowledge of Cloud applications like Office 365, and Azure
