- Designs enterprise-wide infrastructure specifications, configurations, and solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, network hardware, design, tools, and vendors.
- Develops and ensures adherence to corporate standards affecting enterprise hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Maintains and continually expands a thorough knowledge of business.
- Identifies and implements, with management approval, opportunities for cost savings and improvements in operating effectiveness.
- Possesses in-depth technological knowledge, providing insights into business implications and guiding the design of technically robust solutions.
- Establishes relationships with Project Managers and analysts, presenting alternative technical scenarios to resolve business and/or development issues.
- Develops efficient methods and processes to ensure a high level of system availability, providing regular reports to management regarding operational effectiveness.
- Performs on-call responsibilities for production support of enterprise network infrastructure, including off-hours and weekends as needed.
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Min 5 years and above for the experiences in network technologies in the use of Enterprise network.
- Skillset of CCNA is required for this role.
- Knowledge of CCNP and CCIE will be added advantage.

- Familiar with various network technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, HSRP, GLBP, VTP, STP, SMTP, SNMP, VPN/DMVPN, and
- Desirable experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with VoIP telephone systems and technologies, including those from Avaya and Cisco (added advantage)
- Business travel is required.

About the role
APAC Network Architect is the expert who brings direct experience in IT network infrastructure and operations, overseeing network technical projects. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of diverse hardware, operating and system software, security products, and voice and data communications. Maintains a keen awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, effectively visualizing their relevance to business needs, and communicates insights to management.
