- Manage digital Partnership opportunities and delivery; ensure the associate compliance risk are identified and managed - comply to BNM guidelines, AML CTF and internal bank risk framework and governance.
- Identify new partnership and business opportunities, develop tailored banking products for market needs.
- Good knowledge covering Risk and Security Governance framework and processes with ability to build relationships with both local and regional team and stakeholders (legal, compliance, regulatory, demand, vendor, etc).
- Conduct gap analysis, market research and reviewing functional capabilities to identify areas of opportunities that could value add to the partnership.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plans.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, risk and dependencies.
- Manage agreements / contracts with partners and vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Keep tracking of project documentations in compliance to internal project management standards for audit reference.

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. - Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Banking.
- 5 - 8 years of consulting, partnership, project management and related experience.
- Knowledge in banking risk and governance framework, risk and compliance would be added advantage.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management.
- Multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
