    About The Company

    Randstad has recently partnered with one of the top ERP/CRM provider in the world. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to be based in KL.

    About The Job

    • Manage the overall sales strategy.
    • Establish and maintain a working relationship with the partner ecosystem in their region.
    • Lead periodic meetings with partners and drive pipeline discussions while ensuring all forms of support to the partner to close deals successfully.
    • Identify and on board new partners that will provide maximum leverage in the region in terms of sales or service support for new and ongoing deals.
    • Write proposals, RFPâs, response to tenders and RFQâs.

    About The Requirements

    • Over ten years of sales experience which a minimum of three years in selling enterprise software.
    • Familiarity with ERP products either through prior sales, pre-sales or delivery experience.
    • Good understanding of the ERP market and pricing models of various ERP vendors.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycle and factors that influence deals throughout these long sales cycles.
    • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure related topics and familiarity with both on-premise and cloud-based deployment models.
