- Identify new business opportunities and evaluating the prospect companys position in the industry
- Plan business solutions to meet the customers business objectives and requirements.
- Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing, new customers and all internal departments, affiliate office and partners.
- Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
- Liaising with the local customs department or forwarding company for all matters related to the import / export processes.
- Develops relationship with allocated customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Takes and processes customer feedback and ask for CS team related feedback.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ Fresh Graduate, Diploma in Marketing, Logistic / transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in shipping & forwarding industries, especially Freight Forwarding.
- Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
- Good command in English & Mandarin speaking (both written and oral)
