    Position: Admin Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    Job Description:

    Assisting in email /phone call /Coordination works
    - Data entry into HRIS
    --- HR admin and recruitment

    -Vetting of CVs/ Calling and coordination
    - Any other administrative works as assigned

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma or some working experience
    • No experience is required
    • Familiar with office works and admin support
    • Computer literate/fast workers /able to work in high pace environment
    • Pleasant personalities and must be able to take pressure
    • Good typing speed and good written /spoken English
    • Able to work fast and respond fast in a fast pace environment
    • Good typing speed and able to write well in English
    • Those with HR experience and familiar with Malaysia HR rules will be advantageous
