    Description
    • Responsible in handling full sets of accounts - financial & accounting, cash flow, costing and budgeting.
    • To ensure all the invoices received to be approved payment by Heads of Department.
    • Liaise with Sales and Logistics & Purchasing Department to receive the invoices on time.
    • Issue Credit Note, Debit Note and Sales of Scrap Invoices to customers/suppliers.
    • To verify the sales invoice entries done by Sales Department.
    • Prepare monthly report, bank reconciliations for all the bank accounts.
    • Prepare detail accounts reports for external auditor and also tax consultant for auditing and tax computation.
    • Preparing monthly sales report. To ensure the sales quantity and amount in the sales report, Acctrak21 and report from Sales Department are the same.
    • Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts.
    • Prepare journal transactions in excel worksheet and enter to the Acctrak21 system
    • Prepare detail accounts reports for external auditor and also tax consultant for auditing and tax computation.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Accounting or relevant.
    • Mush have 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
    • Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
    • Able to speak English & Chinese. (Malaysian only)
    • Willing to work in Kapar, Klang (5 Days week)
    • Possess own transport.
