    As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role within the finance team, focusing on optimizing financial processes and ensuring the smooth operation of financial management. This role is pivotal in contributing to the overall financial health and success of our organization.

    What you will do

    • Support for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions and business support for the regional company assigned.
    • Timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reporting.
    • Support for month-end closing, preparation of closing schedules and consolidation process.
    • Process AP invoicing/payments and raise AR billings accurately and on a timely basis with understanding of VAT/WHT impact.
    • To prepare VAT/WHT returns and ensure timely submission and payment of VAT/WHT.
    • Monitor for AR ageing and follow-up with internal stakeholders for collection.
    • Assist and support the superior/Tax Manager in preparing/responding to queries on corporate income tax matters.
    • Monitor daily cash position and perform cashflow forecast.
    • Assist in liaising with the internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax consultant, bankers, lawyers and other governing authorities pertaining to statutory requirements.
    • Assist in providing the group and management with business analysis on financial, tax, regulatory and compliance matters.
    • Support the superior with special projects and process improvements from time to time.
    • Undertake adhoc assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

    What you will need

    • Minimum Diploma/bachelor's degree Accounting/Finance/ partial ACCA or in any related fields
    • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably strong in MS Excel skills and Accounts Payables processing, as well as experience in working in an ERP environment.
    • Detailed oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good communication skills, have an analytical mind.
    • Able to work under tight deadlines.
    • Willing to work in Taman Desa, Old Klang Road (Kuala Lumpur)
