Your Profile:

• Interdisciplinary education is of preference with degree(s) in environmental engineering, business administration, international policy or related fields
• Several years of work experience in project management, executive assistance, business development, sales, marketing or similar
• Entrepreneur mindset and goal orientated approach
• Experience with project management is of advantage
• Proven ability to work in cross- functional units within international and multicultural environment and to respond to diverse tasks requirement
• Proven record of collaboration, networking and relationship maintenance with diverse stakeholders (e.g. government bodies, consultants, engineers as well as Nongovernmental Organization 'NGO')
• Proficient language skills in English both written and verbal. German language skills is not mandatory required but it is of advantage
• Very good persuasion skills and confidence with face-to-face networking
• Ability to present and communicate at mid to senior level
• Very good analytical skills, outstanding report writing skills
• Trustworthy and convincing appearance
• Secure with individual tasks execution and joy to work within a team
• Willingness to travel in the Region

Your Tasks:

• Assistance with execution of business development strategy for Asian Countries under the direction of HQ Business Development Manager
• Support with identification and acquisition of new business opportunities in Asia at very early stage of project cycle (e.g. financial institution announcement, potential partners identification, collaboration possibilities investigation and positioning within the consortium)
• Analysis and understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
• Early stage projects based stakeholder identification and mapping (e.g. governmental
• bodies, planners, consultants, technical supporting organizations, industry professionals, Non Governmental Organizations "NGOs" etc.)
• Building and maintaining stakeholders' relationships and promotion Naue Group best in case service/delivery image through accurate and efficient communication, preparation and execution of presentations
• Collaborating with Naue Group internal teams to develop customized early stage projects solution
• Attend various international events (e.g. conferences, trade shows, workshops, etc.) to promote NAUE products and service
