    Supply Chain Manager

    In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

    Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Lead Purchasing, Planning and Customer Service teams in achieving plant KPI's (PPV, ITO, OTD, etc).
  • Develop visible mid-term to long term planning strategies with creative thinking and direction to sustain supply chain stability and flexibility to respond to market efficiently to support business growth
  • Drive localization and cost savings initiatives in alignment with Global SC sourcing strategy.
  • Improve planning capability and drive capacity management and optimization.
  • Provide visibility and clarity of master production scheduling (MPS) to drive material resource planning (MRP) to achieve optimal plans. Lead and manage unit production scheduling to satisfy customer requirement.
  • Continuously improve raw material planning and inventory management to drive overall inventory optimization, operational efficiency and performance
  • Develop inventory strategies to improve the reliability of lead time and enhance customer service level at optimum inventory levels. Robust inventory management to mitigate aged inventory.
  • Analyse trends in material prices, recommend the timing, quantity and economical of purchases to improve overall cost effectiveness of raw materials
  • Raw material supplier's management in ensuring supplier's performance meeting expectation.
  • Continue to drive process and system improvement, digitization and planning capability to achieve lean, agile as well as sustainable supply chain planning
  • Set clear job goals and objectives, lead and develop supply chain planning team capability to build high performance team
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (KAM, PM, R&D, Sales, Operations) to ensure efficient information flow and demand forecast projection.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, planning, sourcing or procurement in MNC.
  • Strong negotiation skills and solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Materials Management Systems.
  • Good working knowledge in SAP systems.
  • Professional certification (APICS, PMAC, CIPS, etc) an advantage.
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
  • Strong communication skill & cross function collaboration, ability to communicate with cross functional team and management level.
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in fast-paced environment.
