    Job Description:
  • Independently manage one or more portfolios within the team's responsibility for Platform Growth, Revenue Management, or Cost Planning.
  • Conduct analyses or simulations to provide financial insights that aid in business decision-making and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget.
  • Own, lead, and drive platform-wide initiatives in collaboration with different business units, taking responsibility for end-to-end performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain clear reporting on various pockets across the company's Profit & Loss (P&L).
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for different programs or P&L components.
  • Develop new data analytic frameworks/tools that contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Requirements:
  • Individuals with a strong drive for growth and a willingness to constantly take on new challenges, being agile enough to move across projects/portfolios.
  • Independent thinkers with strong problem-solving skills capable of considering the holistic impact on the business and various functional teams.
  • Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner using simple language.
  • A bachelor's degree in a numerical/analytical field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Spreadsheets is a must.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) is highly preferred; otherwise, experience with other programming languages.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, though working experience in data analysis related work is a plus
