    Team Lead - Insurance Operations Role

    • Lead and manage a team of insurance operations professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service
    • Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement or corrective actions
    • Manage and resolve escalated issues or complaints from clients
    • Manages and leads a team of insurance operations professionals
    • Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures
    • Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency
    • Provides guidance and support to team members
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
    • Monitors operational performance and identifies areas of improvement
    • Manages and resolves escalated issues or complaints from clients
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Insurance Operations Role
    • Team Leading experience is must, should lead small team of 5-20 people
    • Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements
    • Deliver excellent service to all customers
    • Handle customers' queries and feedback
    • Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment
    • Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose
    Requirements
    • Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
    • Proven experience in managing and leading a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
