    JOB SCOPE:

    The incumbent is responsible to design and implement data related platforms that enable Prudential to manage, analyze and derive insights from their data.

  • Develop data strategies and architecture for Prudential.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance policies or regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end to end data lifecycle management from data creation/collection to archival or disposal.
  • Ensure design and implementation comprise of cost-effective technology investment and compliant technology operating environment.
  • Review data mapping, design and technical documentation.
  • PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop data strategy, roadmap, and plan to align business stakeholders requirements and deliver business value.
  • Develop data models and database designs to ensure requirements are being delivered to support data analysis, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Design and implementing processes to integrate data from various sources. This may involve variation of ETL processes, pipelines and data integration tools.
  • Align with Group's data architecture and AI governance. Work closely with Group Data team and supporting in project development and/or data governance.
  • Ensuring security measures as per policies and guidelines to protect prudential's data. Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Implement and maintain data governance and quality platform and work with data owners and stewards to ensure data lineage and data quality is tracked and reported to senior management.
  • Perform regulatory and internal reporting requirement on data related items. This includes adhering to group governance manual and.
  • Establishing data quality standards, metrics and processes to monitor, measure, and improve data quality. Implementing data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness.
  • JOB SPECIFICATION:

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from a recognized University, preferably in Computer Science and/or related Information Technology.
  • Experience

  • Relevant working experience in architecting and managing data platform across organizations.
  • Knowledge

  • Life Insurance, Agile methodology, AI and Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
