- Resolving customer queries through emails, live chats, and inbound and outbound calls.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific features and functionalities.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset, including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
- Handle customers and vendors' requests, as well as external communication with them.
- Minimum a SPM Certificate holder with experience| Diploma Certificate Holder in related field.
- Good proficiency in English + Cantonese(Both written + Spoken) + Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess 1 year of customer service, call centre or front desk or any relevant experience.
- Must be able to work 9 hours per day including an hour break, 5 working days per week.
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Able to start work immediately: March Intakes
- Being experienced in handling live chat would be an added advantage
- Salary package: Salary RM4,000 - 4,500 (Subject to work exp and work performance)
- Working Location: KL Sentral (Strategic working location reachable by public transport)
