    Job Responsibility

    • Resolving customer queries through emails, live chats, and inbound and outbound calls.
    • Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific features and functionalities.
    • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
    • Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset, including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
    • Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
    • Handle customers and vendors' requests, as well as external communication with them.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum a SPM Certificate holder with experience| Diploma Certificate Holder in related field.
    • Good proficiency in English + Cantonese(Both written + Spoken) + Mandarin.
    • Candidate must possess 1 year of customer service, call centre or front desk or any relevant experience.
    • Must be able to work 9 hours per day including an hour break, 5 working days per week.
    • Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
    • Able to start work immediately: March Intakes
    • Being experienced in handling live chat would be an added advantage

    Job Benifits

    • Salary package: Salary RM4,000 - 4,500 (Subject to work exp and work performance)
