    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement digital performance marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content sites, influencer & KOL, EDM & app push, to drive app downloads, user engagement, and sales conversion.2. Lead the brand positioning and messaging for the Senheng App, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.3. Work closely with the internal creative team and external agencies to develop compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive app adoption.4. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and develop and execute testing plans to improve performance and ROI.5. Manage the entire CRM initiative with emphasis on utilising customer data platform and marketing automation to personalize communications throughout the user journey, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.6. Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and maintain robust measurement frameworks and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular performance updates to the management team.7. Work closely with the product development team to ensure the app features and functionalities align with the marketing strategy and customer needs.8. Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the Senheng App marketing strategy.Job Requirement

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Management, Marketing, or similar
    • 8 or more years of experience in management and marketing
