    Client Services Executive (Malaysia Support)

    Responsibilities

  • Handle investors & financial advisers' enquiries via phone, email and live chat in an efficient manner.
  • Attend to walk-in clients and advisors.
  • Explain investment concepts and product features to investors.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs.
  • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers and advisors.
  • Consolidate investors & financial advisers' feedback and seek to improve service quality and user-friendliness of iFAST website.
  • Undertake special assignments, and ad-hoc duties required by superior or business owner.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder with 1 year working experience.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) is a must.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years working experience as customer service in banking and finance environment would have an added advantage.
  • Customer oriented with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as adapt/respond to different types of inquiries.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as team player.
