- Provide administrative support for HR daily function.
- Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries via ticketing system (ServiceNow) or email.
- Perform administration on documentations including, but not limited to, policies, summary plan description, invoices, contracts, P-File, and other compliance documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
- Candidate must currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Open for an internship position for a duration of 4 - 6 months.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
