    Duties:-

    The Duty Manager Front Office provides supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Front Office Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels and Resorts.

    Requirements:-

  • Diploma of Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • 3 years working experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
