    Description

    Job Description:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new fulfillment sellers and conduct periodic program refreshers to enhance seller understanding of the fulfillment module.
    • Cultivate relationships with potential sellers through regular meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment escalation matters.
    • Manage the distribution of flash sale slots for fulfillment sellers to increase the number of fulfilled orders by Shopee Warehouse.
    • Evaluate the quality of inbounded products and offer suggestions to sellers as needed.
    • Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to facilitate product arrival, stock management, storage reservations, transactions, and payments.
    • Ensure completion of seller profiles and product details, including UPC, total shelf life, and purchasing price database maintenance.
    • Manage IB booking to align with inbound forecast plans.
    • Collaborate with various departments across the organization, such as Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Development, to achieve company targets.
    • Support campaigns or special requirements related to Warehouse management such as Inbound schedule, physical bundle etc.
    • Address seller inquiries related to the scope of FBS.
    • Implement action plans to achieve operational improvements and deliver results accordingly.
    • Provide recommendations and solutions for enhancing the overall FBS procurement process.
    • Collaborate with sellers to fulfill their specific project requirements, such as seasonal product selling and pre-order initiatives, to drive sales.
    • Support sellers and the Warehouse team on a daily basis, including data analysis to meet inbound plans.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar fields. A Master's Degree is a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience as Operations fields or above
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
    • Great communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solver and detail-oriented
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Proficient in both English and Thai
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
