    We are seeking a dynamic and passionate People Excellence Partner and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Suntory. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, consistent and high-quality on-site People & Culture(P&C) services to Malaysia for excellent employee experience. As a People Excellence Partner and Payroll Specialist, you will be the face of our P&C function, providing essential partnering and operational support across various disciplines.

    Job Responsibilities

    P&C People Excellence

    Offer expert support and guidance on P&C programs, policies, and related matters to employees and managers.

    Serve as a point of contact and support for people managers based in manufacturing sites.

    Provide expertise, guidance, and coaching on complex and sensitive P&C issues.

    Lead standard Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) cases and support P&C Business Partners with complex cases.

    Advise on performance management issues and lead investigations.

    Provide career guidance and coaching when appropriate.

    Drive and implement projects from the Global/Regional level.

    Payroll Management

    Oversee and ensure the accuracy of payroll management.

    Manage the digital tool (SuccessFactors), ensuring updated data cleansing and adherence to service level standards.

    Operational/Administrative Role

    Support general People services processes, including on-site interviews and involuntary separations.

    Act as the liaison between the Global/Regional People Excellence team and internal customers.

    Skills And Experience

    • Solid understanding and working knowledge of broad P&C functional areas, compliance regulations and business processes in market
    • ER/LR and understanding of local laws for generalists dealing with such queries with strong people partnering skills
    • Strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint and P&CIS (SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus)
    • Excellent written and spoken language skills with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholder in P&C and business
    • Strong organizational, time management skills
    • High level of initiative taking and ability to function autonomously
