- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, new launches, marketing communications, media buy strategy for non-digital and digital advertising, vendor management and liaison, handling purchasing matters, marketing events, preparations for property award participation, and other marketing support activities.
- Handles digital transformation including setup of e-commerce/online platform, and execute all digital marketing, including web design, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain PR1MA's social media presence.
- Digital Leads Generation - Work collaboratively to optimize testing platforms and protocols, as well as the appropriate Digital channel tactical mix to profitably achieve acquisition targets, Cost-per-Inquiry (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost-per-Acquisition (CPA), and to quickly pivot as market conditions warrant.
- Identify market trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, develop actionable marketing strategy plans, and create marketing programs and content based on AIDA to identify market opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Prepare a periodic project report and conduct a market survey.
- Mentoring and guide junior team members on tasks execution.
